Anti-Fraud Policy
Zero-tolerance fraud protection backed by multi-layer verification, real-time bot detection, and 24/7 compliance monitoring.

Last updated: February 2026
1. We Card at the Door
Traffic.Bar maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud. Every request gets carded at the door. Every impression and every click that passes through our network is verified for authenticity. We protect both advertisers and publishers, so only genuine, human-initiated traffic is counted and billed.
Our anti-fraud infrastructure operates 24/7 — the bouncer never goes home. Automated detection systems combine with manual review by our dedicated compliance team. Any account found engaging in fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended and subject to further action.
2. Child Safety & Age Compliance
Traffic.Bar is an adults-only (18+) network. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and on any content that depicts, implies, sexualizes, or is designed to appeal to minors — including AI-generated or synthetic imagery. This policy is non-negotiable, supersedes any conflicting contract term, and survives termination of any account.
- Age gating on every traffic source. Publishers are contractually required to implement meaningful age verification on every property routing traffic through our network and to block users under 18 (or the higher legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
- Adult-only creatives. Advertiser campaigns — including models, ad copy, landing pages, and post-click funnels — may not feature, imply, sexualize, or suggest the presence of any individual under 18.
- Dating offers must serve adults only. Advertisers of dating, adult, or relationship offers must maintain their own age verification on landing pages and confirm that their destination platform prohibits minors.
- Proactive detection. We run automated screening on creatives and landing pages, conduct publisher-source audits, and hash-match against known CSAM databases. Any signal that content or audience skews underage is investigated immediately.
- Enforcement. Accounts found hosting, linking to, facilitating, or monetizing CSAM or content targeting minors will be terminated without warning. Pending earnings are forfeited, all available evidence is preserved, and reports are filed with NCMEC (U.S.), INHOPE (EU), and any other competent law-enforcement authority in the relevant jurisdiction. We cooperate fully with investigations.
- Report a concern. Suspected CSAM or underage content anywhere on our network should be reported immediately to abuse@traffic.bar. Good-faith reports are reviewed within 24 hours with full confidentiality for the reporter.
3. Multi-Layer Verification
Traffic.Bar employs a multi-layer verification system that analyzes every request before it reaches an advertiser's offer. Our verification pipeline includes:
- IP Analysis: We cross-reference IP addresses against known proxy, VPN, and data center databases. Suspicious IP ranges are flagged and filtered in real time, including residential proxies and Tor exit nodes.
- Device Fingerprinting: Each device is profiled using a combination of hardware attributes, screen resolution, installed fonts, WebGL rendering, and other signals to identify unique devices and detect spoofed environments.
- Behavioral Analysis: We monitor user interaction patterns including mouse movements, scroll behavior, click timing, and session duration. Non-human patterns are automatically flagged and filtered.
- Real-Time Scoring: Every request receives a fraud risk score based on the combined signals above. Requests that exceed our risk threshold are blocked before they generate an impression or click.
4. Bot Detection
Bot traffic is the most common form of ad fraud. Traffic.Bar uses advanced detection methods to identify and filter bot traffic from our network, including:
- Headless Browser Detection: We identify headless browsers (such as Puppeteer, Playwright, and PhantomJS) through JavaScript environment checks, rendering behavior analysis, and missing browser API signatures.
- Emulator Detection: Device emulators that attempt to simulate mobile or desktop environments are detected through hardware inconsistency checks and performance benchmarking.
- Automated Script Detection: Traffic generated by automated scripts, browser extensions, or macro tools is identified through interaction timing analysis and navigation pattern recognition.
- Known Bot Lists: We maintain and continuously update databases of known bot signatures, malicious user agents, and flagged device fingerprints.
5. Click Fraud Prevention
Click fraud directly impacts advertiser budgets and campaign performance. Traffic.Bar actively monitors and prevents the following forms of click fraud:
- Click Farms: Organized operations that generate fake clicks are identified through geographic clustering analysis, device reuse patterns, and abnormal click-to-conversion ratios.
- Click Injection: Malicious apps or scripts that inject false clicks before or after legitimate user actions are detected through click timestamp validation and attribution integrity checks.
- Click Spamming: High-volume click generation from single sources is caught by our rate-limiting systems and frequency analysis algorithms. Abnormal click volumes trigger automatic blocking.
6. Publisher Compliance
All publishers on the Traffic.Bar network must adhere to strict quality standards. Publishers are required to:
- Provide only legitimate, human-initiated traffic from approved sources
- Not use incentivized traffic, click bots, or traffic exchange programs
- Not misrepresent the source, nature, or quality of their traffic
- Maintain transparent traffic acquisition practices
- Cooperate with any fraud investigations conducted by our compliance team
Publishers found violating these requirements face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending earnings, and permanent removal from the network. Repeated or severe violations may result in legal action.
7. Advertiser Protection
Traffic.Bar protects advertiser budgets and campaign integrity. Our advertiser protection measures include:
- Refund Policies: If fraudulent traffic is confirmed on a campaign, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue adjustments, credits, or compensation for the fraudulent portion. No automatic refunds are guaranteed. Claims must be submitted via support ticket within 30 days of the traffic event, with documented proof (logs, IP data, server evidence).
- Transparent Reporting: Our reporting dashboard provides detailed traffic quality metrics, including fraud detection rates, blocked impressions, and quality scores by source. Advertisers have full visibility into the health of their campaigns.
- Automatic Credits: When our systems detect and block fraudulent traffic in real time, no charge is applied to the advertiser's account. Pre-bid filtering means you only pay for verified, human traffic.
8. Reporting Fraud
If you suspect fraudulent activity on the Traffic.Bar network, we encourage you to report it immediately. Our compliance team investigates every report thoroughly and takes swift action when fraud is confirmed.

When submitting a fraud report, please include as much detail as possible: campaign IDs, date ranges, traffic source information, and any evidence or data that supports your claim. Our team will acknowledge your report within 24 hours and provide findings within 5 business days.
9. Policy Updates
Traffic.Bar reserves the right to update this Anti-Fraud Policy at any time to reflect changes in our detection capabilities, industry standards, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
We encourage all network participants to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Traffic.Bar platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
